مكوكية قبيلة أطورو في مقاطعة هيبان – مركز إلدو ، أدانت بشدة في بيان لها اليوم الأربعاء 12 أغسطس 2026 إغتيال وإعتقال الجيش الشعبي التايه الحركة الشعبية عدد من المواطنين ، وقالت امس قامت بتوقيف (٦) من أبناء اطورو العاملين بمنظمة ,(سمارتن) أثناء قيامهم بواجبهم الانساني بقرية ( أقيري ” مقاطعة أنبونق ، وتم اعتقالهم وترحيلهم الى سجن طبانجا ، والمعتقلين فالي نص البيان …!

بيان حول [ إستمرار الإعدامات والاعتقالات والقصف المدفعي ]
رغم الجهود التي يقوم بها نائب رئيس الحركة الشعبية ،القائد جقود مكوار مراده والمبادرات المطروحة من قبل مجلس الكنائس والمجلس الاسلامي ، الا أن قيادة الجيش الشعبي مستمرة فى عملية الإنتهاكات ، ورصدت أدارة قبيلة أطورو الاتي :
أولا : الإعدامات
قامت قوة عسكرية تتبع للجيش الشعبي بمداهمة منزل فى قري ” كاودا فوق ” واعتقلت اربعة شباب قبل ثلاثة أسابيع من أسرة واحدة ، وتأكد أمس بأن المذكورين تم إعدامهم بعد اربعة ايام من إعتقالهم ، وهم:
١- باشمهندس / نور الدين فضل مندو
٢- الطالب / كودي فضل مندو
٣- الطالب / جمعة ادريس البارود
٤- الطالب / جوليس ابراهيم مندو
ثانيا : الاعتقالات
قامت قوة من أستخبارات الجيش الشعبي امس بتوقيف (٦) من أبناء اطورو العاملين بمنظمة ” سمارتن ” أثناء قيامهم بواجبهم الانساني بقرية ” أقيري ” مقاطعة أنبونق ، وتم اعتقالهم وترحيلهم الى سجن طبانجا ، والمعتقلين هم :
١- ذكية موسي كندة
٢- هيفاء ادم
٣- عزيزة ابراهيم
٤- سوسن محمود
٥- كومي موسي
٦- هاشم اللبان
ثالثا : القصف المدفعي ” تدوين ”
قامت قوة عسكرية متمركزة فى مناطق ( كمو / القديل / سليري ) اليوم عند الساعة الخامسة صباحا بقصف مدفعي كثيف على مناطق أطورو ، شمل كافة القري المجاورة لمدينة كاودا.
وعليه ، تود مكوكية قبيلة أطورو توضيح الاتي:
١- هذه التطورات تقوم بها مجموعة معلومة داخل الحركة الشعبية تسعي الى عرقلة مساعي الحل السلمي التي يقوم بها نائب الرئيس القائد جقود مكوار وقطع الطريق امام كافة المبادرات.
٢- المجموعة المذكورة تتكون من قادة وضباط متهمين بإرتكاب الجرائم التي تم فى كاودا ومحيطها ، ما يقومون به محاولة لإفلات من المحاسبة.
٣- تدين وتستنكر مكوكية قبيلة أطورو هذه الانتهاكات ، وتحذر من مغبة إستمرارها ، وترفض استخدام اي من مناطق مكونات هيبان كمنصات لأطلاق المدفعية اتجاه مناطق أطورو.

- Statement on the Continued Executions, Arrests, and Artillery Shelling
Despite the efforts being undertaken by the Deputy Chairman of the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement, Commander Jaqoud Mukwar Marada, and the initiatives put forward by the Council of Churches and the Islamic Council, the leadership of the Sudan People’s Liberation Army continues to carry out violations.
The Otoro Tribal Administration has documented the following:
First: Executions
A military force affiliated with the Sudan People’s Liberation Army raided a house in the village of Kauda Foq and arrested four young men from the same family three weeks ago. It was confirmed yesterday that the four men were executed four days after their arrest. They are:
1- Engineer Nour al-Din Fadl Mando
2- Student Kodi Fadl Mando
3- Student Jumaa Idris Al-Baroud
4- Student Julius Ibrahim Mando
Second: Arrests
Yesterday, a force from the SPLA Military Intelligence detained six Otoro people working for Samaritan’s Purse while they were carrying out their humanitarian duties in the village of Aqiri, Enbong County. They were arrested and transferred to Tabanaga Prison.
The detainees are:
1- Zakiyya Musa Kinda
2- Haifa Adam
3- Aziza Ibrahim
4- Sawsan Mahmoud
5- Komi Musa
6- Hashim Al-Laban
Third: Artillery Shelling
A military force stationed in the areas of Kamo, Al-Qadil, and Saleri carried out heavy artillery shelling today at approximately 5:00 a.m. against Otoro areas, targeting areas that included all villages surrounding the town of Kauda.
Accordingly, the Otoro Tribal Makuukiya wishes to clarify the following:
These developments are being carried out by a known group within the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement that is seeking to obstruct the peaceful efforts being undertaken by Deputy Chairman and Commander Jaqoud Mukwar, and to undermine all initiatives aimed at finding a peaceful solution.
The aforementioned group consists of leaders and officers accused of committing crimes in Kauda and its surrounding areas. Their current actions constitute an attempt to evade accountability.
The Otoro Tribal Makuukiya condemns and strongly denounces these violations and warns of the consequences of their continued escalation. It also rejects the use of any areas belonging to the communities of Hiban as platforms for launching artillery attacks against Otoro areas.
